For most of my life, I always felt different.
I was the person who people were naturally drawn to, who strangers would open up to without prompt, who animals found themselves surrounding. But for a long time, I didn’t understand it. I thought I was just “too much” or “too sensitive.” As an empath, I have always felt things very deeply.
This past year, everything changed.
I went through a period where I felt like life was happening to me, not for me. No matter how much I gave or how well I treated others, it didn’t feel like it was being received. At the same time, I started experiencing very vivid messages and visions—both while awake and in my sleep.
I couldn’t ignore it anymore.
When I finally started listening, everything became clear. I realized I had always been connected—I just hadn’t fully stepped into it yet. I had to learn how to understand my own energy before I could help others with theirs.
And once I did, everything shifted.
